Vata rules of feelings of nervousness, anxiety, fear and pain. Vata is the most important is the large intestine, but also resides in the thighs, hips, ears, bones, pelvis, colon and skin. An imbalance of vata causes the symptoms that occur in these areas of the body. Vata is associated with the sensation of touch. How important Vata dosha may cause susceptibility to skin diseases and neurological disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, heart disease, anxiety and insomnia. Fear, sorrow stay, eat late and nuts aggravate Vata.
Pitta represents the elements fire and water. Pitta controls digestion, absorption, assimilation, nutrition, metabolism, body temperature, skin color, intelligence and understanding. Pitta imbalance may provoke negative emotions such as anger, hatred and jealousy. Eating fatty or spicy foods, fatigue, and spending too much sun can cause an imbalance of pitta. Pitta governs the small intestine, stomach, sweat glands, blood, fat, skin and eyes. How important Pitta dosha, the susceptibility to high blood pressure, heart disease, infectious diseases and digestive disorders.
Kapha is water and earth. Kapha maintains physiological resistance, tissue growth and natural immunity. Kapha is known to lubricate joints, moisturizes the skin, wound healing and supports the preservation of memory. Kapha is located in the chest neck, head, sinuses, nose, mouth, stomach, joints, plasma and mucus. Kapha is responsible for emotions such as greed and envy. When Kapha is in balance, has brought peace with forgiveness and love expressed. Kapha is possible to sleep during the day is out of balance, eat more sweets to eat after a full, and eating or drinking foods and beverages with too much salt. Kapha dominance is more susceptible to diabetes, cancer, obesity and respiratory diseases.
